Health City affirms support for Cayman First

CAYMAN ISLANDS (December 13, 2022) – Health City Cayman Islands would like to acknowledge that since our inception in 2014, we have enjoyed a healthy professional partnership with Cayman First.

We continue to have an excellent relationship with Cayman First, and appreciate that there have been issues that appear to be related to the roll-out of new computer systems that have impacted the timely processing of claims by Cayman First on behalf of patients. As a major healthcare partner, Health City has not had reason to be unduly concerned about payments by Cayman First for services delivered byHealth City Cayman Islands to their client population.

We continue to have the pleasure of operating under a patient-first approach to healthcare and look forward to working with Cayman First and other insurance partners to deliver world-class healthcare to the people of theCayman Islands and beyond.
