Head of Nursing
Ms. Nilam Singh was appointed as Head of Nursing services of Health City Cayman Islands in April 2014. Prior to joining Health City Cayman Islands, Nilam served as the Head of Nursing Services for CARE Super Specialty Hospital & Transplant Centre, Banjara Hills Hyderabad in India, where she was responsible for providing leadership to improve patient safety, clinical quality and ensure high performance in regulatory readiness and compliance. She has also worked as Pediatrics ICU Head Nurse in Maternity and Children’s Hospital, Buraidah, Qassim, Saudi Arabia.
As Head of Nursing at Health City, Nilam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. As a proficient educator with a diverse clinical background, including critical care, she also brings with her over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing, specializing in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Sciences (CVTS) from B. M. Birla Heart Research Centre, Kolkata West Bengal. She has also completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Management from Texila American University. Nurse Nilam is registered and affiliated with the below organizations:

- Nursing Council of Jamaica
- The Cayman Islands Nursing Council.
Nurse Nilam is also an affiliate member of Trained Nurses Association in India (TNA) and Asian Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing, B.M. Birla Heart Research Centre, India.
